Phone and on-line support is available during normal office hours in each of the above centres *apart from the UK.  If you phone from the UK before 10am you should be able to speak to someone.  Otherwise leave a message or E-mail us and we’ll get back to you the following morning. 

Our Support Team has the ability to see what you are doing over the Internet and, if necessary, take conrol of your machine to rectify a problem, or demonstrate what you need to do.  Distance is no-longer a problem.  It's just like we are right there with you

Support can be pre-purchased on-line on a per-incident or contract basis and charged to your credit card.  (This can also be arranged over the phone when you first get through.)  If you are unfamiliar with our Support Policy and Support Pricing you can look them up.
