You don’t actually place an order for the software. The only thing you may need to order from us is a Demonstration/Installation CD. You don’t even have to order that, if you download the software yourself or someone else installs it for you from their CD or they copy their CD and give it to you. (Yes we don’t mind if they do.)

When we receive an order for a Demonstration/Installation CD then we will dispatch it to you as soon as we receive confirmation of you payment. This is an entirely automated process so dispatch is usually the same day.

When you decide you want to keep the product you run the Registration Wizard, select the options you want, and make a payment of the amount indicated. When our server receives notification that your payment has been approved, it will register your copy by sending it Confirmation ID accross the internet that will enable you to continue using the product beyond the end of you trial period.  This too is an entirely automated process so apart from receiving a confirmation of registration by email, you will be unaware anything has happened. 

If for any reason your computer cannot communicate with either Paypal or our Server, then your computer will email us an we will complete the registration manually.
