Once you have installed GEM you will be asked to activate the system the first time you run it.  Please supply the details requested.  You will have to give us your name, phone number and E-mail address so that our server can send you an Activation ID by E-mail, simply follow the wizard’s instructions. You will have received registration and activation instructions via email at the time you downloaded or with the physical CD. If you didn’t then please contact Support@On2itSoftware.com
