PeopleThe People Tab gives you access to all the People in the system. You can find a particular Person’s record in the same way as you can find an Organisation’s.A Person’s Record will display, amongst others, the: • Person and • Family Tabs The Person Tab enables you to enter their: • Personal Details, • Principal Relationships • and their Home and Work Contact Numbers Changing someone’s home phone number will change the phone number at their home Address, and therefore the home phone number of everyone else living there. Changing someone’s work phone number will change the number at their employer’s business/office address, and therefore the work number of everyone working there. Specifying someone’s partner will establish the same relationship for their partner as well. Saying who someone works for will automatically make them appear on their employer’s staff list and vice-versa. People’s Relationshipson the right-hand-side of the screen may include their:• Personal Contacts, • Business Contacts, • Contractors they use, • Clubs they’re Members of, • Projects they have Participated in and • Companies they’re Shareholders in, or any other type of relationship you specify.  If you use the Family Tab to define who everybody’s Parents and Partners are, it will deduce who all their other Relations are, and enable you to display their Home and Work Contact Numbers. |
