Making Phone Calls You can double-click a Phone Number anywhere in the system. This will produce the Windows Auto-Dialler.  When you’re connected, simply lift the receiver and click Talk. You never need to specify dialling codes, as GEM already knows the dialling codes to everywhere in the world.   You can track down anyone in the system, wherever they are, by using the Phone Numbers Form which lists every possible number for anyone in the system. This form will even display a selected Phone Script for you - to remind you of what you need to say.  If you do choose to use a Suggested Script GEM can even make a Diary Note about the call (using voice recognition, if you wish), add a pre-defined Category to the recipients record for you, and even autoset a reminder for you telling you when to follow up the call. The system can also automate the use of Phone Cards for you – saving over 60% on long-distance phone calls. VOIP calling and Virtual PABX integration are on the way.  They should be available soon after launch.
