GEM Modules

GEM has distinct areas of functionality producing its own set of benefits:

They are all part of the base system. You can, however, turn on/off which features you wish to use at any time. You can, amongst other things: Turn off Projects – if you don’t need them; choose what information you want to store for each Entity Type; add an unlimited number of User Defined Fields; add your own Hierarchical Categories; add your own Relationship Types - based on what you want to do with the system and the way you prefer to work.

GEM can be licensed in three versions:

PERSONAL version is FREE, but has a limited capacity of 100 Records
SMALL BUSINESS versions are discounted so that they cost no more than a local postage stamp per record of database capacity. So you’re not paying for capacity you don’t need.
ENTERPRISE version has an unrestricted capacity

All versions are functionally identical - so there is no need to compromise on features to fit your budget.

Pricing is based on:

The record capacity of the database and the number of users that can be on-line at the same time.

GEM currently has 3 Entity Types: Organisations , People and Projects

You get ALL 3 as standard and you can create any kind of relationship between any of these ‘Entity Types’:.
