1 GEM license can be used on one computer at a time. If more than 2 users need to access GEM simultaneously you will need to purchase other licenses. If you are using the network version of GEM then up to 5 persons can access GEM at the same time. The present version will support up to 5 simultaneous users. If more than 5 licences per site are required, a Microsoft SQL Server licence will also be needed. (Users of Microsoft Small Business Server may already have an SQL licence.)
