Using GEM features or modulesWhy does the whole list of ALL people show when I input a new company in the Organisation category, and was expecting only the people working there to show in the people tab?The tabs at the top of the Entities form enable you to select any Organisation, Person, or Project in the system. In GEM People are not subordinate to Organisations. They exist in their own right. Therefore you can find them directly. If you want to see who works for the Organisation, go to the Staff Tab in the second row of tabs. If you want to find who someone works for, look them up as a Person and the system will tell you their employer. GEM System and technical support |
